Customer account & order process
Why don't I see any prices for the articles?
Item prices are only displayed after successful registration and approval of your customer account by the Bever team. The account is usually approved within 24 hours.

What prices are displayed after successful registration?
The prices displayed correspond to your net prices and are exclusive of VAT. Possible graduated prices are displayed for each item and are automatically taken into account when an item with the corresponding quantity is placed in the shopping basket.

The decimal places in my shopping basket are not always correct?
The system calculates in the background with up to 6 decimal places. However, only 2 decimal places are displayed in the shop. This can lead to small rounding differences in the centime range. This means that the system calculates the exact price for the unit price x desired quantity and not just with the 2 decimal places displayed.

Can I order any quantity of an item?
Yes and no - in the B2B business we only offer whole packaging units / cartons of an item. The carton sizes are shown for each item as a packaging unit below the price, i.e. a multiple of the packaging unit can be ordered.
In order to be able to test an article, small quantities are also permitted in the shop. However, we reserve the right to reduce the order quantity to one packaging unit after consultation.

I cannot process my shopping basket / cannot proceed to checkout?
If the order quantities do not correspond to a multiple of the packaging unit, e.g. because they have been manually changed again in the shopping basket, further processing may be blocked. Check your order quantities and, if necessary, delete an item from the shopping basket and add it again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us.


Dispatch & delivery
What will my order be shipped with?
Your orders will be dispatched directly to you from our Swiss warehouse with our partners, Swiss Post or DHL.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and dispatch your order within 24 hours (on working days). Our parcel service providers will then usually deliver your parcel within two working days. Please note that this is a guideline and delays may occur.
